We're looking for an HVAC Ductwork Supervisor to play a key role in delivering one of the UK's most significant infrastructure and engineering programmes at Sellafield.

What you'll be doing
As an HVAC Ductwork Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the safe and efficient installation of HVAC ductwork systems across the project, leading from the front and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.
You'll:
- Lead and motivate teams of ductwork operatives, chargehands and supporting trades.
- Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure all activities are carried out in line with site procedures and permits.
- Coordinate the installation of HVAC ductwork systems, including rectangular, circular and specialist ductwork.
- Ensure supports, brackets, dampers, access doors and associated components are installed correctly and to specification.
- Review drawings, work packs and installation instructions to ensure work is delivered right first time.
- Plan and allocate daily activities to meet project milestones and programme requirements.
- Coordinate labour, materials, lifting operations and access equipment to maximise productivity.
- Monitor workmanship, attendance and performance whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Remove barriers to progress and ensure work areas are fully prepared before activities commence.
Who we're looking for
We're seeking a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to inspire and develop others.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Ductwork Fitter within industrial, commercial or large-scale construction environments.
- Level 3 HVAC qualification.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC ductwork systems including rectangular, spiral and fire-rated ductwork.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate installations effectively.
- CSCS card (or equivalent).
- SSSTS qualification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
