Job Description:

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and driven Telesales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an office-based role in Doncaster (DN9), focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling.

You will be reaching out to potential customers, introducing our services, and identifying opportunities for our sales team to develop further.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
Introduce the company and our services clearly and professionally
Identify potential opportunities and qualify leads
Record and update call outcomes within CRM systems
Work towards daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Support the wider sales team in developing new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with a good telephone manner
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
Good organisational and time management skills
Previous telesales or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
