Full job description

We are recruiting for a Sandwich Maker to join our Dining Team at Bents! ️✨

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and proud to serve freshly made, high-quality food every day? If you’re looking for a role where energy, quality, and great customer experiences come together, then our Sandwich Maker position could be the perfect fit for you.

This role includes shifts covering Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm and Sundays. All roles will include working mid-week (day shifts) and weekend shifts.

What is the Sandwich Maker role?

Step into the heart of a buzzing, high-energy dining experience as a Sandwich Maker on our dynamic team. In our impressive 1,000-seat dining spaces, no two days are the same—you’ll be setting the stage for exceptional service, taking orders with confidence.

You'll be preparing a variety of sandwiches & salads with fresh ingredients according to our receipies and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. You'll have a keen eye for maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the deli area, adhering to strict food safety at all times.

This is a role for someone who brings energy, warmth, and a genuine passion for people. You’ll be the friendly face customers remember, thriving in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and great communication are key. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but your attitude matters more—if you’re enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in, you’ll fit right in.

The role meets National Minimum Wage.
