Ramside Spa are recruiting for an experienced Spa Receptionist to come and join our team.

Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, as well as our exclusive Treehouses, each offering its own unique charm with stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds.

Our luxury spa provides the ideal opportunity to unwind, boasting a sophisticated thermal suite, five pools, including one of the UK’s largest hydrotherapy pools, an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the art gym and a huge range of specialist treatments on offer.

As part of the Spa team, our Spa Receptionists play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of customer service, so they come back time and time again.

As the successful Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for working front of house on the spa reception, the role is predominantly customer facing, but will also require dealing with customers over the telephone and by email. You will be responsible for booking treatments, fitness and spa days. The role will also include hosting duties, retail sales, general administration duties, looking after member’s enquiries, and bookings and signing up new members.

We are looking for someone who is thrives in a fast-paced environment, with recent experience of working as a receptionist, ideally within a luxury Spa. You will need excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills. But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a memorable service.

Business hours run from 05:30 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday, so availability is required across all these days and times.
