Job Summary:

Santa Angela Education & Learning Services Ltd is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programmes that support employee growth and organisational success. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate learning professional who enjoys developing talent, managing training initiatives, and creating engaging learning experiences. What you'll do:

Develop and manage learning and development strategies that support organisational objectives.
Design, coordinate, and deliver training programmes for employees and professional learners.
Identify learning needs and recommend effective training solutions.
Oversee onboarding, leadership development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and learning outcomes.
Manage learning resources, digital learning platforms, and training materials.
Collaborate with managers to support employee development and career progression.
Coordinate external training providers and professional development partnerships.
Monitor training budgets, schedules, and programme performance.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements:

Experience in learning and development, training, education, HR, organisational development, or a related field is beneficial.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple training programmes and priorities.
Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms is beneficial.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
