Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to work closely with our Company Directors and Office Manager.

This is not an entry-level role. You must have previous experience in a senior administration, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar position and be confident working independently in a busy environment.

The role is varied and will provide support across executive administration, HR, finance and general business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Company Directors with day-to-day administration
Managing diaries, meetings, emails and business correspondence
Preparing reports, documents and presentations
Taking meeting minutes and following up actions
Liaising with solicitors, suppliers, customers and external stakeholders
Supporting HR administration, including employee records, recruitment and onboarding
Supporting finance administration, including invoices, expenses and purchase orders
Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and business records
Handling confidential information with discretion
Supporting the Office Manager and wider business as required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in a Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Experience supporting Directors, business owners or senior management
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong IT skills, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Calendar
Professional, reliable and proactive approach

Desirable:

HR administration experience
Accounts or finance administration experience
Experience working within a growing SME
