Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part Time Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Join our team as a Part-Time Duty Manager at The Thames Club to lead our evening and weekend operations.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Club Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the club during evening and weekend shifts.
Team Leadership: Support and motivate front-of-house and gym floor staff
Member Experience: Act as the main point of contact for members, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven supervisory or management experience within the leisure, hospitality, or fitness industry.
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
First Aid and pool safety qualifications are highly desirable.
Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
