Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Resin Flooring Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various flooring installation projects, ensuring that each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction and flooring while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. Salary is Negotiable depending on age and experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and setup of flooring installation sites, including surface cleaning and surface leveling
Use hand tools and power tools to cut trims
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials
Assist with construction painting tasks to prepare surfaces for flooring installation or touch-up work
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards

Requirements

Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring tapes
Experience with power tools including saws, drills, sanders, and grinders is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
