Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Support Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence across our administrative functions. In this vital role, you will oversee a range of support activities that ensure smooth daily operations, foster effective communication, and enhance organizational efficiency. Your leadership will empower teams, streamline processes, and uphold high standards of office management and human resources practices. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise administrative staff, including clerical and office support personnel, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Oversee office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and supply procurement to maintain a productive work environment.
Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software to handle invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping accurately.
Coordinate human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement organizational procedures to improve efficiency and communication across departments.
Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members to foster positive relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to office administration and HR practices.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with supervisory responsibilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable financial management software.
Strong background in human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Prior experience supervising teams within an office environment is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing systems, and document preparation is essential.
