£28,000 + depending on experience (Full-Time Equivalent) + Commission

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

About Chadwell Telecom

Chadwell Telecom is a rapidly growing telecommunications company specialising in mobile solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting our customers with integrity, and providing a positive working environment where our people can thrive.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the mobile telecommunications industry who enjoys helping customers and delivering excellent service. The position is based at our converted barn office in Shifnal, with the opportunity for hybrid working following successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

Supporting customers with account, billing and service-related queries

Liaising with mobile network providers and suppliers

Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining accurate customer records

Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience within the mobile telecommunications industry

Previous customer service experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using plan.com and My-Hub (O2 & Three) would be highly advantageous.
