Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our despatch operations. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a cold environment and possesses a strong understanding of warehouse processes. Hours - Monday to Thursday

Duties

This position involves heavy lifting
Picking orders, scanning boxes and creating invoices
Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies as needed.
Loading and unloading lorries.
Moving vehicles around the yard to enable loading. Must be comfortable reversing onto loading bays.
Daily defect checking and reporting on vehicles
Contacting suppliers to rectify vehicle issues and general maintenance of vehicles
In-house correction of minor vehicle issues such as bulb replacements
Collaborate with team members to build effective workflows that enhance productivity.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Driving licence essential
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role
