Advanced Practice Physiotherapist - Pain Team Leader

37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £64,500.000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a fulltime role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

Provide expert assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with complex and persistent pain conditions, including musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain.
Work autonomously to triage, assess and manage patients using advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Act as the clinical lead for pain services within the organisation.
Provide clinical leadership through teaching, mentoring and supervision of physiotherapists, First Contact Practitioners (FCPs) and APPs.
Work collaboratively with consultants, GPs, psychologists, nurses and allied health professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
Lead and participate in clinical audit, service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Degree in Physiotherapy.
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Significant experience working at Advanced Practice level in MSK physiotherapy.
Demonstrable expertise in chronic and persistent pain management.
Proven leadership experience within a clinical setting.
Advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
