At Kantar Profiles, our market research panels are fundamental to the insights we provide to clients worldwide. As a Senior Panel Acquisition Marketing Executive, EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving panel growth through sophisticated acquisition strategies, advanced tracking solutions and data-driven optimisation.

This role combines hands-on performance marketing expertise with ownership of attribution and measurement frameworks across multiple markets. Working closely with agency partners, product teams, engineers and data specialists, you will help ensure that acquisition performance is accurately measured, continuously improved and scaled across the EMEA region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making and improving performance through innovation and technology.

What you'll be doing

Regional Strategy & Leadership

Support the development and execution of acquisition marketing strategies across EMEA, aligned to business objectives and market needs.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders, sales teams and the Global Panel team to deliver recruitment plans and drive panel growth.

Performance Marketing & Measurement

Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, co-registration programmes, SEO and referral programmes.
Lead performance tracking and attribution best practices to ensure accurate measurement of campaign and partner performance.
Partner with agency, product, engineering and analytics teams to improve acquisition tracking, measurement and reporting capabilities.
Analyse campaign and attribution data to identify optimisation opportunities, improve ROI and inform investment decisions.
Monitor campaign performance, focusing on cost efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates and long-term engagement.

Partnerships & Channel Growth

Manage affiliate programmes and strategic acquisition partnerships across multiple EMEA markets.
Identify, test and scale new acquisition partners and marketing channels.
Support supplier evaluations, contract negotiations and ongoing vendor performance management.

Budget & Optimisation

Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting volumes and tracking performance against agreed targets.
Collaborate with design and content teams to optimise landing pages, creative assets and user journeys that improve conversion rates.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Drive a culture of testing, innovation and continuous improvement, identifying new opportunities to enhance acquisition performance and efficiency.

The Ideal Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, analytical capability and technical marketing knowledge.

You will likely have:

Experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience with marketing attribution, conversion tracking and performance measurement frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and familiarity with server-side tagging and server-to-server integration concepts.
Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and convert insights into action.
Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools to communicate performance trends and business impact.
Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising marketing investments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
