Location: Telford
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Associated Security is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality security safes. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Safe Sprayer / Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our production team immediately.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing and spraying a wide range of bespoke security safes to a high-quality finish while ensuring all work meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Preparing metal surfaces ready for painting.
Mixing paints and coatings to specification.
Applying primer, base coat and top coat using spray equipment.
Maintaining a high-quality finish across all products.
Inspecting finished work for quality and consistency.
Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work area.
Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in industrial spray painting or vehicle spraying.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and reliability.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Desirable

Experience spraying metal products.
Experience with two-pack (2K) paints.
Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering environments.

What We Offer

Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
Full-time, permanent position.
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
Overtime available at enhanced rates.
