Senior Cocktail Server, Hanover Bar
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Senior Cocktail Server to join our Food and Beverage team.

As a Senior Cocktail Server at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
Offering drink recommendations and assisting guests with beverage selections.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of all cocktails, wines, spirits and food offerings available within the bar.
Ensuring mise-en-place levels are maintained and service stations remain fully stocked and organised.
Coordinating the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages alongside the management team.
Ensuring guests receive prompt, attentive and personalised service at all times.
Processing guest bills accurately and efficiently.
Supporting colleagues and upholding Mandarin Oriental service standards and Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs)

As a Senior Cocktail Server, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
