Main Purpose of the Role
As the School Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the school office, line manage administrative staff and support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in delivering efficient support services. You will play a key role in maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the school office team, including performance reviews and training.

Oversee all administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes including absence tracking and staff support.

Provide financial administration support including payroll, budgeting, and procurement.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and school policies.

Support SLT with strategic planning, reporting, and school events.

Maintain a professional reception and communication service for parents and visitors.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally Proven experience in office management, ideally within an educational setting.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proficiency in school systems such as Arbor, SAM People, and Microsoft Office.
