We are seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) at Berkeley Green UTC.

Salary: up to £25,583 FTE (actual salary £22,201 for term time only working)

Contract Term: Permanent: Full time – 37 hours. Flexible working considered for the right candidate

Champion the success and wellbeing of students with additional learning needs
Work alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and achievement
Deliver effective one-to-one and small-group interventions
Develop students’ confidence, independence, and self-belief
Support the development of literacy skills that enable students to access the wider curriculum
Help students achieve qualifications that open doors to future opportunities
