Rednock School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our PE and DT departments on a fixed-term, term time only basis.

What we're looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning and manage their behaviour in PE and DT lessons under the guidance of teaching staff
- Strong teamwork skills, patience, and a good sense of humour
- Commitment to inclusive practice and student progress, with a talent to adapt learning materials for accessibility
- Good ICT skills and sensitivity to individual needs, with a willingness to engage with students during lunch, breaktimes and extra-curricular activities
The role:
- Fixed term September 2026 until 31 August 2027
- 36.25 hours per week (5 days), term time only
- £21,946 per annum (Grade 3 Point 5, pro rata)
