Job Overview
Clearview specialises in providing individuals and businesses with tailored insurance solutions, including income protection insurance and life insurance.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic salesperson to join our Broking team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. As an Insurance Broker, you will leverage your expertise in the insurance market to analyse client requirements, negotiate terms, and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Analyse clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain coverage options and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and emerging trends.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims assistance.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Experience
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong telemarketing experience is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market options.
- Proficient in customer service practices to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
