We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our IT Portfolio team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of digital projects that make a real difference across the University.
Working alongside Project Managers, Programme Managers and Business Analysts, you'll help coordinate project activities, organise meetings and workshops, maintain project documentation and governance information, and support the successful delivery of projects. You'll also manage project records, RAID logs, actions and documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and provide a professional and responsive service to colleagues and stakeholders.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build experience in project delivery. Previous project experience is helpful but not essential—we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, keen to learn and enjoys working collaboratively.
