The Position:

Known internally as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), this role plays a key part in serving our client’s as they go through their Chiropractic journey. A good CA delivers high standards of quality service on our front desk as they support our clients by managing their schedules and welcoming them into our clinic, whilst also educating them to guide their experience of the clinic and their care.

Our busy diaries need organised, caring personalities to integrate into the team. This is a very dynamic role that requires energy, focus and extreme attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a customer-centric attitude, a strong work ethos and is willing to learn a range of new skills, both behind the front desk and developing their knowledge in the art and science of Chiropractic and health.

*No previous Chiropractic or clinical experience needed!

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

One-Year Fixed Term (maternity leave cover), Full Time position in our Southampton clinic (SO15 2ES): this position is 33 hours per week (average), across 4 days plus every other Saturday. The shift pattern remains the same every week and includes two days off. The pattern is:

Monday 07:30 - 20:30
Tuesday Day off
Wednesday 07:45 - 13:45
Thursday 14:15 - 20:15
Friday 07:45 - 13:45
Saturday 07:00 - 12:00 (every other week)
Sunday Day off

Start date: 14th September onwards (subject to notice periods)

Some of your key duties will include:

Diary and office management - answer phones, book schedules, take payments, support clients with queries, make the clinic a welcoming environment
Client Service and Support - build strong, caring relationships with clients, go above and beyond for them where possible; manage challenging situations to achieve ‘win-win’ outcomes; develop your understanding of health and the body and Chiropractic to educate clients with passion and support them in their journey
Driving new business by taking phone calls and making timely follow up calls to nurture customers who have shown interest in or inquired about our service; support the team with ideas for new business opportunities

A skilled communicator who can work dynamically within a team in a fast paced environment that provides clients the very best service and results.
Self motivated and comfortable with a high level of responsibility
A passion for health and well-being and can communicate that passion to clients.
Remain calm under pressure and have the determination to see a task through to completion and on time,
Be happy to take on multiple projects at the same time and offer support wherever needed.
