Post Title: Customer Service Representative

Sites: BH Live Active - The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex

Geographical Location: Southampton

Salary: up to £26,510 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative to join our team, you will be based at BH Live Active – The Quays on a full time, permanent basis.

Situated near Southampton Harbour, The Quays Swimming and Diving Centre is one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK.

There is a 10m diving board with an 18m diving pool, with public swim sessions and swimming lessons taking place in a separate 25m main pool.

With a state-of-the-art gym complete with cardio and strength areas, group exercise classes are delivered in dedicated studios.

You will:

Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre.
Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets.
Administer and maintain our membership schemes.
Administer a booking system.

To be successful you will need:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good IT and administration skills.
An understanding of the importance of proving great customer care.
Experience in dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
