Role Summary

The Partners Assistant supports the delivery of FatFace’s UK and International partnerships by
managing stock allocations, maintaining accurate trackers, and ensuring timely and efficient
product setup and shipments. This role works closely with the Partners Trading Manager,
Partners Advisor, and external operational teams to meet critical path deadlines and deliver
exceptional service to partners. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while aligning
with the company’s social and environmental mission.

Role Responsibilities

Undertake the stock allocations for all wholesale and SOR partners through Next/OGM

systems.

Shares data and imagery for all partners in line with both Fatface and Partners critical

path. Work with Partners Operations Advisor to implement new processes.

Maintain a strong working relationship with the external Partners operation teams,

ensuring all product set up is complete before planning deliveries.

Partners Assistant
Job Description

Sensitivity: General

Set up and maintain accurate wholesale/SOR partner trackers and monitor fulfilment

progress, link to intake.

Organisation of all Partner shipments, liaising with both the DC and our Partners to

ensure we hit agreed delivery dates, including shipment paperwork and bookings.

Manage the data/imagery onboarding of Zalando to ensure we are set up properly for

future seasons. Working closely with 3rd Party International team at NEXT to resolve any
data or imagery issues.

Maintain good relationship with Next DC team, working alongside Partners Operations

Advisor to provide delivery forecasts.

Adhoc analysis and reporting such as published %.
Understand and maintain key reports used within the team and the wider business, via

both Excel and Power BI.

Support HO with new partner set up processes.
Support business change initiatives and collaborate with project teams to ensure Next

DC/Systems align with current and future business needs.

To abide by all FatFace policies, procedures and brand values.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Experience in retail operations, allocation, or supply chain processes.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to collate accurate data and use data sharing tools. Attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

Experience with wholesale and SOR models.
Familiarity with systems such as OGM and Next DC processes.
Knowledge of imagery sharing tools.
Previous experience in a partnership or trading support role.
Understanding of critical path management.
