· ABD.co.uk, a leading UK supplier of automotive parts and accessories with a particular focus on lighting, wiper blades and travel products.

· Colourblaze.co.uk, a supplier of coloured pigment to the construction industry.

· UKtoolbox.co.uk, an online store offering a large number of tools and accessories for the home and garden.

· Craftiful.co.uk, one of the UKs strongest wholesale supplier of ingredients to companies and people making home products such as candles, wax melts, bath bombs etc.

Alongside our own websites, we sell across a range of major online marketplaces, bringing our products to customers across the UK and beyond.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, customer-focused person to join us in a varied, hybrid role split between technical customer service and marketplace management.

Job Description

This is a hybrid position combining two key functions.

At its core, you'll be our go-to Technical Customer Service Representative, handling queries from customers across our group of companies with a particular focus on the technical side of our automotive businesses, especially Perfect Awnings and Colour Blaze. You'll help customers understand product fit, features and installation for awnings suited to campervans, motorhomes and caravans, across phone, email and face-to-face conversations.

Alongside this, you'll take day-to-day ownership of our product listings across third-party platforms including eBay, Amazon, Next, The Range and Etsy, keeping listings accurate, competitive and optimised to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Customer Service

Respond to customer queries via phone, email and face-to-face, providing accurate, helpful and friendly support
Provide technical advice on our automotive product range, particularly Perfect Awnings' campervan, motorhome and caravan awning solutions
Help customers choose the right product for their vehicle, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through fitting and installation queries
Handle queries relating to orders, returns, warranties and after-sales support across the wider group
Build strong product knowledge across the group's brands to give customers accurate, confident advice

Marketplace & Product Listings Management

Manage the day-to-day upkeep of product listings across third-party platforms (eBay, Amazon, Next, The Range, Etsy and others)
Create and publish new product listings, ensuring accurate, engaging and SEO-friendly content
Optimise existing listings to improve visibility, conversion and sales performance
Monitor sales performance, and identify and remove slow-selling or underperforming listings
Review competitor listings and pricing to spot opportunities and keep our range competitive
Maintain accurate product data across spreadsheets and internal systems, keeping information consistent across all platforms

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally covering phone, email and face-to-face contact
A confident, clear communicator with a friendly, professional manner
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets) for tasks such as listing management and reporting
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between customer service and admin/listings work
A genuine interest in learning technical product detail — automotive, leisure vehicle or DIY/technical experience is an advantage
Experience using online marketplace platforms (eBay, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, etc.) is highly desirable, though full training will be given
