Full job description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Professional Services team, delivering enterprise-class infrastructure projects across a range of corporate and operational technology (OT) environments.

The role focuses on the design, deployment, migration and support of Microsoft-based infrastructure and end-user computing solutions as part of larger technical projects. Working alongside our Network, Cloud and Project Management teams, you will deliver high-quality installations whilst ensuring systems are secure, documented and built in accordance with customer and company standards.

This is a project delivery role rather than a service desk position, requiring engineers who are comfortable working independently on customer sites and within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Requirements

Project Delivery

Deploy Microsoft Windows Server and desktop infrastructure.
Build, configure and migrate Active Directory environments.
Install and configure Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM).
Deploy and support Microsoft Intune where applicable.
Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
Deploy and migrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Configure Windows Firewall policies.
Install and configure enterprise print management solutions.
Build, image and deploy Windows desktop and laptop devices.
Perform server hardware installations and upgrades.
Configure storage and virtualisation platforms where required.

Experience following structured project methodologies.
Experience producing technical documentation.
Experience working within change-controlled environments.
