Salary: £13.50 per hour, based on a 30 to 45 hour week

Responsibilities: As a Shift Manager, you'll be the salsa to our taco, keeping things running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

Teaming up with the Assistant Manager to boost store performance with feedback and guidance.
Motivating and leading your shift team, creating a positive and high-energy work environment.
Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensuring top-notch food safety standards and accuracy of orders.
Upholding Health and Safety regulations throughout the store.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.
The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, leading by example.
A knack for recognizing and rewarding staff efforts and achievements.
Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
