Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards will ensure a high-quality dining experience every morning. Duties

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast dishes with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage food preparation stations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
Follow established recipes and portion controls to deliver dishes that meet our high standards.
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs for ordering supplies.
Serve breakfast items to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, enhancing their overall experience.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food hygiene standards.
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast cuisine, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and hot breakfast items.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
