Bosta UK is part of MegaGroup Trade Holding, a network of technical wholesalers providing water solutions across 10+ locations in Europe.

Become our new Inside Sales Account Manager!

Availability: Full-time
Location: Office-based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Are you confident on the phone, commercially minded and good at building customer relationships?

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, winning business, following up opportunities and providing excellent service, while also being organised enough to keep on top of quotes, orders and general sales administration.

You don't need to be an expert in water or piping products when you join us. What matters most is that you're comfortable talking to customers, have a natural sales approach, are organised and want to develop your career in sales.

YOUR MISSION

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry.

As part of MegaGroup, Bosta UK is a leading wholesale distributor of plastic piping systems and associated products for the water, irrigation, and construction markets in the UK. You'll be an important part of our internal sales team, looking after existing customers while also identifying opportunities to generate additional business.

We count on you to:

Speaking with customers by telephone and email to understand their requirements.
Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing and following up quotations.
Proactively contacting customers to generate repeat and additional sales.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Following up enquiries and turning opportunities into orders.
Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Re-engaging customers and following up dormant or potential accounts.
Handling product enquiries and helping customers find the right solution.
Working towards agreed sales and revenue targets.
Keeping customer information and sales activity up to date within our systems.
Liaising with our external sales team, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and accounts teams to ensure customers receive a smooth service.
Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration and sales activity.

In short, you'll be doing three things: Selling. Supporting customers. Keeping the sales process moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

We're interested in people who are commercially confident, organised and motivated to succeed. You may already have experience in:

Inside sales
Telesales
Sales administration
Customer service with a strong sales element
Account management
B2B sales
Technical sales
Trade counter / merchant sales
Wholesale or distribution

Previous experience selling technical products is useful, but not essential. We'll provide training on our products and industry.

More important to us is that you:

Are confident speaking to customers on the telephone.
Enjoy selling and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and make calls.
Can build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
Have a proactive approach to following up enquiries and opportunities.
Are commercially aware and understand the importance of hitting sales targets.
Are organised and comfortable managing several customers and tasks at once.
Have good attention to detail when processing orders and quotations.
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems.
Are a team player who is willing to learn and develop.
Have a positive, practical and solution-focused attitude.

WHAT WE OFFER

£35,000–£37,000 salary, depending on experience.
