Full job description

TLG Marketing is looking for confident, motivated people to join our growing sales team in Slough. This is an opportunity to develop practical sales, leadership and business-management skills while working in a supportive, high-energy environment.

No previous experience is essential. We provide training, coaching and ongoing support to help you build confidence, improve your skills and progress within the business.

What you’ll do

Represent our campaigns through face-to-face, door-to-door sales
Speak with potential customers and deliver a professional, friendly experience
Learn sales, communication and customer-acquisition techniques
Take part in daily coaching and development sessions
Progress into recruiting, coaching and supporting new team members
Build towards running your own team and managing your own business area
Contribute to a positive, ambitious and fun team culture

What we’re looking for

A positive, self-motivated attitude
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
Willingness to learn, take coaching and work towards targets
Reliability, resilience and a good work ethic
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
