Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and professional Taxi Drivers to join our team. This role involves providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services to our customers across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring passenger comfort and safety while maintaining a high standard of customer service. A valid driver’s licence and experience in commercial driving are essential for this position.

Duties

Safely operate taxis to transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage handling as required
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation
Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing excellent customer service
Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and mileage for reporting purposes
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and securely

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
Proven experience as a taxi driver or delivery driver is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with luggage or cargo
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with diverse customers
Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify minor issues and ensure vehicle safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
