About the Role
As a Waiter, you'll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service.
Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you'll help create a seamless guest experience while supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for every guest
Lead a section confidently and efficiently during service
Support the training and development of junior front-of-house team members
Build strong product knowledge across our food and beverage offering
Make thoughtful recommendations to guests, driving sales through exceptional service
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance
About You
You'll be:
Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
An experienced waiter or waitress ready to take the next step, or an existing Head Waiter / Waitress seeking a new opportunity
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Calm and organised under pressure
A natural team player who enjoys supporting and developing others
Knowledgeable about food, wine and service standards
Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
