Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Blind fitters mate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the head fitter Install various window blinds, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship. This role also requires help with manufacturing in our factory.

Duties

Install a variety of window blinds, shades, curtains, and shutters with precision.
Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on products.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise during the process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns post-installation.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements and specifications.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in installations.
A valid driver’s licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
