Full job description

Archway Wellness Centre is a premium multidisciplinary health and wellness hub located in North London, offering osteopathy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, reformer pilates, yoga, barre, breathwork, and more — alongside our sister site, Energie Fitness Archway, a 24/7 gym and private training studio just across the road.

We are BUPA registered for Physiotherapy and actively run marketing campaigns that generate a consistent flow of new client bookings. We're now looking for an experienced, motivated osteopath to join our growing clinical team on a self-employed basis.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical clinic role. You'll be joining a genuinely integrated wellness environment with a physio clinical lead, level 4 GP-referral qualified personal trainers, massage therapists, and group fitness instructors all under one roof. Cross-referrals are natural and frequent.

We will promote you directly on our website, run paid advertising on your behalf, and generate bookings for you. Your job is to deliver exceptional care, build lasting client relationships, and grow a loyal repeat caseload.

You'll also have access to our private workout studio and 24/7 gym — ideal if you wish to offer exercise rehabilitation or 1-2-1 sessions alongside your clinical work.

Rates

Initial Assessment: £40
Follow-up Sessions: £35

What We're Looking For

GOsC registered physiotherapist (essential)
Minimum 2–3 years of private practice experience
A strong commercial mindset — you understand the value of repeat bookings, client retention, and delivering a 5-star experience
Confidence in independently managing a caseload from assessment through to discharge
Ability to work with insurance providers and complete clinical documentation to a high standard
Own professional indemnity insurance (essential)
Preferred: Registered with major health insurers via Healthcode (Vitality, AXA, Aviva, Bupa, WPA, etc.)
A proactive, self-driven approach — you treat this like your own business within ours
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to generate genuine client reviews
