About Us

Rose BioSolutions is an innovative leader in advanced therapeutics. As we continue to scale our state-of-the-art facility in Keele, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team. Whether you are an experienced cleanroom operator or looking to build a long-term career in biotechnology manufacturing, we have an entry pathway for you.

We are currently hiring for two distinct tracks within our manufacturing team: Biologics Manufacturing Operators (BMO) and Biologics Manufacturing Assistants (BMA).

Track 1: Biologics Manufacturing Operator (BMO)

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per year

Shift Pattern: Full 24/7 rotating shift schedule (includes nights and weekends)

This track is focused entirely on the hands-on processing and production floor. It is an accelerated pathway into advanced therapeutic processing, ideal for those with a technical background who want a long-term career in a high-throughput manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute hands-on batch manufacturing processes and routine material transfers.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot specialized downstream/upstream bioprocessing equipment.
Maintain, execute, and thoroughly review rigorous cGMP batch documentation.
Adhere strictly to strict cleanroom protocols, including performing a minimum of two full processing suite deep-cleans per week.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a regulated cGMP production or cleanroom environment is highly advantageous.
A strong baseline of technical competence, a structured approach to problem-solving, and precise attention to data integrity/documentation.
Full flexibility and commitment to a 24/7 rotating shift pattern.
An enthusiasm for advanced therapeutic processing rather than a research or analytical laboratory-bench path.

Track 2: Biologics Manufacturing Assistant (BMA)

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per year

Shift Pattern: Fixed daytime schedule (08:00 – 16:30)

This track serves as an essential entry-level foundation for our facility, focusing heavily on routine operational upkeep, logistics, and cleaning campaigns to support continuous production.

Core Responsibilities:

Execute routine facility support tasks, inventory management, and material stocking.
Own rigorous cleanroom deep-cleaning campaigns and comprehensive waste removal protocols.
Ensure the facility remains audit-ready and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Maintain meticulous facility logs and upkeep tracking sheets.

What We’re Looking For:

A fantastic work ethic, a reliable and accountable attitude, and strong attention to detail.
A mature, measured approach to learning the biopharma industry from the ground up.
Strong physical stamina and comfort with repetitive, highly manual tasks (including intense cleaning loops and material movement).
Prior exposure to laboratory environments or basic knowledge of GMP principles is a plus, though full training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements for Both Roles:

Right to Work: Candidates must possess permanent, long-term independent Right to Work status in the UK that does not or will not require employment visa sponsorship in the future. (Please note: Rose BioSolutions does not hold a Skilled Worker sponsorship licence).
Location: Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to the Keele site on a daily basis.
Mindset: A strong appreciation for routine, repeatable procedures, adherence to safety regulations, and a desire to build a career directly on the production floor rather than in research science/R&D.
