Multi-Skilled Butcher (Day Shift) | Earn Up to £37,600 Per Year | Monthly Bonus | Profit Share Scheme

Hours: Full Time, Day Shift, 07:15 - 16:45

Start Date: Immediate

We are now looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Butcher to join our busy and successful production team.

What You'll Earn

Basic Salary

£32,000 - £34,000 per annum

Monthly Production Bonus

You'll be eligible for our discretionary monthly production bonus scheme from the start of your employment.

The bonus currently averages around £300 per month, providing the opportunity to earn an additional £3,600 per year.

Potential Annual Earnings

£32,000 salary + average bonus = approximately £35,600 per year
£34,000 salary + average bonus = approximately £37,600 per year

Profit Related Pay (PRP) Scheme

After 3 years' continuous service, you'll become eligible to participate in our Profit Related Pay Scheme, allowing you to share in the success of the company.

About the Role

This is a hands-on butchery role suited to someone who is passionate about quality and takes pride in their craft.

You'll be preparing and portioning beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game to exact customer specifications, ensuring the exceptional standards that Aubrey Allen is known for are maintained every day.

Working within our fast-paced production environment, you'll play an important part in delivering high-quality products to customers across the UK hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deboning, trimming, preparing and portioning beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game
Producing bespoke cuts, steaks, joints and specialist products
Ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards
Following all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
Accurate weighing, packing and labelling of products
Operating butchery equipment safely and effectively
Working closely with colleagues to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

What We're Looking For

Essential

At least 3 years' butchery experience
Experience working across multiple species
Excellent knife skills
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Reliable and hardworking approach
Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment
