Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to the safety and functionality of our operations.

Duties

Install new electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or hazards
Troubleshoot electrical problems using hand tools and power tools to diagnose faults accurately
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
Follow detailed work orders and safety procedures during all phases of installation and repair work
Collaborate with other tradespeople or team members to complete complex projects efficiently
Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades for record-keeping purposes

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters
Experience operating power tools including drills, saws, and voltage testers
Strong electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring diagrams, circuitry, and electrical codes
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues
Good physical stamina for working in various environments and positions
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance at all times
