Care Support Worker – Swaffham

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

Multiple Hours Available:

20.13 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

24.8 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

36 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Westfields: Westfields is our residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support.

*£250 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid-term probation review & £250 payable after successful probation period in the role. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.*
