Urgent Healthcare Assistants Required – Immediate Start – £14.50–£21.00 per hour –

No Sponsorship

Swindon & Surrounding Villages | Full-Time, Part-Time, Morning & Day Shifts Available

Sylvian Care Swindon is urgently recruiting caring, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

Your Role

You will support people in their own homes with:

Personal care
Medication prompts
Meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping
Shopping
Attending appointments and social activities
Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Completing accurate care records

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Care experience preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided
Kind, reliable, professional and passionate about delivering high-quality care
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service is essential for this role, as we require candidates who are able to start work immediately.

Please note: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is NOT available for this position.
