Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Join a Growing Business! Cuchulain Construction LTD is looking for an experienced Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor, where you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

o General day-to-day office administration

o Raising and managing purchase orders

o Processing supplier invoices

o Maintaining accurate records using Sage Accounts

o Assisting with month-end reporting

o Supporting the wider management team with administrative tasks

o Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors

o Gathering timesheet information and assisting payroll Essential Requirements

o Previous experience in an accounts and administration role

o Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts (Professional)

o Excellent organisational and time management skills

o Good communication skills

o Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
