The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our Allied Autocare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to help deliver outstanding customer service and make a difference every day to our customers lives.

You'll play a key role in organising and operating the customer service function, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained through proactive and reactive vehicle service bookings.

Hours of work are Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 5pm and the salary is £27,976 per annum + bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Organising and processing yearly vehicle service appointments.
Execute outbound calls to manage and book fleet services and new customer bookings.
Effectively prioritise customer interactions including messages via telephone, email or web to enhance the customer experience.
To ensure that Service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Experience working in a similar position.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A basic understanding of information technology.
