The hotel also features extensive meetings and events facilities for up to 450 delegates and is conveniently located near the M4, M40, and Heathrow, with easy access to Marlow, Windsor, and the Thames Valley area.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you have a genuine passion for wellness, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of professional treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service and care that our hotel is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty therapies.
Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa journey.
Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Promote and sell spa products, treatments, and packages.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Assist in creating a calm, relaxing, and professional spa environment.
Support the wider spa and hotel team as required.
