Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities

Manage and organize digital files, emails, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders to keep team members on track
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software
Support administrative projects such as document preparation, report generation, and record keeping
Maintain organizational systems to ensure easy access to information and streamline workflow

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background with a strong understanding of clerical procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for efficient document processing
Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and communication skills
