Customer Service Assistant - Casual Event Team Members

Are you friendly, reliable and looking for flexible work in a stunning seaside venue?

We’re looking for Casual Event Team Members to join our team at Ocean Exmouth, supporting a wide range of events including weddings, conferences, dinners and private parties.

This is a great opportunity to be part of memorable events, work with a supportive team, and fit work around other commitments.

About the role

As a Casual Event Team Member, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. Duties may include:

Setting up and clearing event spaces
Serving food and drinks
Welcoming and assisting guests
Supporting event supervisors to ensure events run smoothly
Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation

What we’re looking for

A positive, can do attitude with great people skills
Reliability and flexibility, events often take place evenings and weekends
Confidence working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
Previous hospitality or events experience is helpful, but not essential full training will be provided
