Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Communicate effectively with clients to discuss styles, treatments, and aftercare advice
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairdressing and barbering
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold professional standards in appearance, behaviour, and hygiene at all times

Requirements

punctual
Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work
communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and colour treatments
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
2 years experience favourable

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
