Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Solar Sales Consultant to drive the growth of renewable energy solutions. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and customer service skills to promote solar energy systems to a diverse range of clients. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help educate potential customers about the benefits of solar power, guiding them through the decision-making process. This is a flexible, paid position designed for self-starters eager to make a positive environmental impact while building their sales career.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through B2B (business-to-business) and direct outreach strategies.
Conduct detailed consultations with customers to assess their energy needs and explain solar solutions clearly.
Negotiate terms and close sales by presenting compelling value propositions tailored to each client’s situation.
Manage your own schedule, ensuring timely follow-ups and appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and contracts using IT tools and CRM systems.
Stay informed about the latest solar technology trends, government incentives, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Drive your own vehicle to visit clients at their locations, demonstrating strong driving skills and punctuality.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or related roles with a focus on negotiation and relationship building.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, email communication, and basic organizational applications.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client visits; comfortable driving regularly.
Knowledge of solar energy systems or renewable energy industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
