Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on styles and treatments
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times
Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and grooming
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Ensure all tools, equipment, and products are properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance

Experience

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients of all backgrounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience working in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners
