We are currently looking for a Project Recruitment Manager who will be based at our Lower Thames Crossing Project.

As the Project Recruitment Manager, you will:

Lead fair, compliant recruitment across assigned project areas.
Guide and upskill Hiring Managers through recruitment governance, approvals, and best-practice hiring.
Act as the main recruitment contact for the project, with the majority of your time spent at site or Skanska Head office.
Deliver effective hiring plans using workforce forecasts and project resource plans.
Support inclusive hiring and a strong candidate experience by working closely with HR, operations, partners, and the recruitment team.

We are looking for:

Experience of workforce planning & talent strategy with the ability to translate project resource needs into hiring plans, set priorities and ensure the right roles are hired at the right time.
Proven end-to-end selection & hiring outcomes that align fair assessment processes, interviews and secure quality hires.
Strong stakeholder partnership & candidate experience demonstrating partnership with hiring managers and HR, ensuring timely, consistent communication and a positive candidate journey.
Proficiency in continuous improvement & compliance alongside tracking key hiring metrics. Using data to inform your project and improve processes and ensure legal/data compliance.
