Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join Sigma Health as an Executive Assistant and Commercial Coordinator, supporting the continued growth of our business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants far more responsibility than a traditional administrative role. You will work directly with the Managing Directors and gain exposure to almost every aspect of running a growing healthcare company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the sales process by responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and following up with prospective clients.
Assisting with client account management and helping to build long-term business relationships.
Providing executive support to the Managing Directors, including diary management, correspondence and project coordination.
Preparing reports, presentations and business documents.
Coordinating meetings and ensuring actions are followed through.
Supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement new systems.

This role is ideal for a graduate who is highly organised, enjoys communicating with people, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to learn. We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and willing to take ownership of their work.

**Note, previous experience in this role is not essential. Completion of an Undergraduate Degree course at a UK University is a minimum requirement**

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
