Your Apprenticeship
As an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner, you'll work towards achieving your Level 3 Early Years qualification whilst gaining valuable hands-on experience within our nursery.
You'll be supported throughout your apprenticeship by a dedicated Skills Coach from our training provider, who will guide you every step of the way.
- Approximately 80% of your time will be spent learning on the job alongside our experienced team.
- The remaining 20% of your contracted hours will be protected, non-ratio time dedicated to coursework, training and meetings with your Skills Coach.
