Full job description

Job Overview

Roundtree Construction & New Homes have a fantastic opportunity for a Class 2 / 7.5t lorry driver to join our expanding team of skilled operatives.

Your standard working hours will be:

Monday - Thursday - 07:00 - 16:30

Friday - 07:00 - 15:30

The successful applicant will play a vital within the company by carrying out duties such as:

Collecting building materials from various building suppliers and delivering them direct to site
Moving of plant and machinery by use of a beavertail lorry
Adhoc site/labouring duties as required
Adohc yard duties as required

What we require:

A valid Class 2 or licence to drive 7.5t lorry
Up to date CPC and digital tech card
A fit individual with the ability to load and unload the lorry when required
Ability to work as a team in a time efficient manor

Desirable criteria

Experience in a building environment with knowledge of building materials etc.
Tickets to drive other machines such as digger/telehandler etc.
Hiab ticket for truck mounted crane
